After recognizing the continuous struggle that artists face in Barbados and Latin America, the Dev’s Edge initiative was founded by Mr. Devon Greaves who has worked closely and tirelessly with local and international entrepreneurs who intend to make a living through their own unique forms of Self-Expression.

“Alej”, as we call him, proudly serves as our Latin American Ambassador. He is well versed in the arts and is always ready and willing to help as his wealth of knowledge stems from cultural anthropology, travelling, frequenting museums and through his excellent networking skills. Throughout the years, as a National Brand Ambassador for his country, Colombia, Alej has bonded with various international universities and organizations dedicated to the sharing of cultures, its heritage and languages.
